ppjl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ppjl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ppjl online gaming platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://ppjl.net.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ppjl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the ppjl platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Platform" means the ppjl website, mobile-optimised interface, and all services, games, and content accessible through it.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload offer made available to Players by ppjl from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player that are not subject to any wagering requirement, available for immediate wagering or withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the ppjl Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the ppjl Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are entered into between you and ppjl and constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written.

ppjl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice posted prominently on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the ppjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ppjl, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling services, whether through ppjl's own self-exclusion programme or any national responsible gaming register.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

ppjl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If you do not meet any of the above eligibility criteria, you are strictly prohibited from registering an Account or using the ppjl Platform. Any Account opened in violation of these requirements may be closed immediately, with all associated balances forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the ppjl Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts attributable to the same individual, whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any details change.

ppjl conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR-regulated framework requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed applicable thresholds

ppjl reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality and limit Account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on the ppjl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). ppjl supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ppjl Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. ppjl does not impose deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts submitted before the applicable daily cut-off time are targeted for same-day processing. ppjl processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. ppjl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. ppjl reserves the right to adjust these limits based on Account verification status, transaction history, or risk assessment.

Failed Transactions: In the event a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your ppjl balance, you must contact ppjl support with the relevant transaction reference. ppjl will investigate and resolve confirmed discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe.

ppjl offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions stated in the applicable promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have reached the minimum age of 21 years and hold a fully registered ppjl Account.
• Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be requested for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero, as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without notice.
• ppjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any time unless otherwise stated. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of their stated withdrawal conditions.

ppjl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-margin bets to meet requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and arbitrage betting patterns. Any such conduct will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and, where egregious, permanent Account closure.

All games available on the ppjl Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, dice, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting section. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Games: All RNG-based games on the ppjl Platform are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and correct Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed in real time and conducted by trained professional dealers. The results of live games are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. Disconnection during a live game round will not void an active wager already placed; the result stands as recorded by the ppjl system.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to ppjl's Sports Betting Rules, including the settlement of in-play bets, event cancellations, and void market conditions. ppjl reserves the right to void bets placed after the start of an event where such bets are accepted in error, or where the integrity of a market is in doubt.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppjl Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform under any name, email address, or identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting system to interact with the Platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional structures through low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or any method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; initiating unjustified chargebacks on deposits already used for wagering.
• Money laundering: Using the ppjl Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. ppjl is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, forged identity documents, or misleading statements to ppjl at any point.
• Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform, its infrastructure, or any connected systems.

All content on the ppjl Platform — including but not limited to the ppjl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of ppjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ppjl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.
• Use the ppjl brand, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ppjl intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by ppjl.

ppjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

ppjl processes personal data for the following primary purposes: Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and the improvement of Platform services. ppjl does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by ppjl, subject to regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact ppjl support at the email address provided in the Contact section of these Terms.

The ppjl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ppjl makes every reasonable effort to ensure Platform availability, continuity, and the accuracy of information presented, ppjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppjl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from Player error, including incorrect bet placement, misunderstanding of game rules, or failure to set appropriate account limits.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or connectivity issues outside of ppjl's reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of the Platform.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party services integrated with the Platform, including payment processors.

ppjl is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Players. In compliance with PAGCOR-regulated framework requirements and our own internal responsible gaming standards, ppjl provides the following tools within every Player Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ppjl Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the net amount you are prepared to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period of your choosing (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ppjl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

ppjl strictly enforces the 21 years of age or older requirement for all account registrations. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process and ppjl will immediately close any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21, forfeiting any associated balance.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the services provided — ppjl will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via the registered Account email address before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates necessitated by regulatory change) may take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or the ppjl Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ppjl customer support. ppjl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a written complaint.

If informal resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any unresolved dispute. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ppjl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
